Visit The Vatican
Rome’s Number One Attraction
The Vatican City is the world’s smallest independent state surrounded by Rome, Italy. It is home to The Pope and the Roman Catholic Church.
It houses Rome’s most popular tourist attractions: Saint Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums. The Basilica is one of the world’s largest Renaissance-era churches and is home to Michelangelo’s Pietà. In the museum next door, his Sistine Chapel can be found attracting 4 million visitors alone each year.
This whole area is alive with an unexplainable energy that really has to be experienced to be understood.

Faq?
No, not really. The Sistine Chapel lies at the end of the tour which takes approximately 2 hours. You can purchase tickets to tours which specifically focus on the Sistine Chapel but you’ll still have to walk through the rest of the museum to get there.
It’s quicker to visit the museums first as it offers an easier route into the Basilica then doing it the other way around.
If you pre-book your tickets online, you’ll only have to join the queue for ticket collection and security which is much shorter.
If you choose to be shown around rather than wandering by yourself, you can expect it to be about 3 hours long.
